Bindalo vs ListedKit: monthly plan or pay per contract?

Last updated October 29, 2026

The biggest difference is how you pay. ListedKit charges for each contract it sets up. Bindalo charges a flat monthly fee. Which is cheaper depends on how many deals you run.

The price math

At ListedKit's single-credit price of $14.99, one buyer-side contract costs $14.99 and two cost $29.98. Bindalo's Solo plan is $29 a month for up to 60 contract reads, so it costs less once you set up more than about two contracts a month. ListedKit's bulk packs lower the per-contract price, which narrows that gap.

If you do a handful of deals a year, paying per contract is likely cheaper. If you run a steady flow, a flat plan is easier to predict.

Where ListedKit is the better fit

  • You do few deals, or your volume is uneven from month to month.
  • You want the tool to read your deal email as well as the contract.
  • You want e-signatures in the same system.

Where Bindalo is the better fit

  • You run a steady number of deals and prefer one flat price with no per-deal fees.
  • You want a deadline dashboard and a daily or weekly summary email as the center of the product.
  • You want a free plan you can keep using for up to 2 active deals.

How to decide

Count your contracts over the last three months and multiply by the per-contract price. If it is well under $29 a month, per-contract pricing wins. If it is more, a flat plan wins. Also see Bindalo vs a spreadsheet.
